Adjunct Accounting Faculty MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degree Requirements: Master's Degree in Accounting required: * Or Master's Degree in field (MBA) w/ accounting bachelor's degree or, * Master's Degree with CPA Work Experience Requirements: Experience working in Accounting field ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS * Provide instruction with the focus on teaching and learning to help assure students I each class successfully meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives. * Participate in professional development activities that develop and enhance teaching and facilitation skills. * Participate in campus wide initiatives in support of recruitment, retention and graduation goal attainment including but not limited to, monitoring, adjusting (when needed), and assessing classroom program retention/graduation and meeting with program advisors on a regular basis to discuss student performance and academic concerns. * Fulfill all administrative duties related to instructional responsibilities Interested in teaching but are not sure it's for you?
