Position Summary Primary responsibilities may include: * Managing emails, letters, and phone calls from constituent * Scheduling meetings for the Representative * Maintaining data within a constituent contact database * Assisting with constituent casework * Drafting communications, which could include social media posts, press releases, and newsletters * Greeting constituents when they visit the Capitol * Assisting with policy research * Other duties, as assigned Salary Information The salary range for a Legislative Assistant is between $42,828 and $65,287 and is dependent on experience and education.
