Position Responsibilities * Oversee operations of Uline's Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments. * Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service. * Ensure the 800,000 square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards. * Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations. * Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree. * 5+ years experience in operations or general management. * Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus. * Experience supervising personnel. * Limited overnight travel.
