Job Title: Bilingual Office Assistant
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Ability to lift 40-50lbs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
3 years experience in a corporate office setting.
Working Hours:
Onsite
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
