In this role, you will: * Lead or participate in planning and execution of Business Growth Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market * Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area * Perform research within Business Growth Strategy functional area, identifying and selecting best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and to meet the unique needs of customers * Develop strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Business Growth Strategy operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirements * Lead a team to meet business objectives within Business Growth Strategy functional area * Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs * Lead Business Growth Strategy projects and teams * Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals Required Qualifications: * 4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * Mortgage Industry experience * Experience and understanding of Tableau reports and Dashboards * Strong collaboration and partnering skills * Experience in presenting to senior sales management and ability to articulate key messages * Advance Microsoft Excel skills * Business development experience * Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish & English * Strong influence skills * Results oriented with ability to motivate sales teams * Leadership skills and community involvement Job Expectations: * This position offers a hybrid work schedule. * This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
