Job Summary: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent Manager to execute Beauty Barrage's hiring plans across the US and Canada, conduct interviews, and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships. This role will provide excellent support for our large-volume hiring strategy. Attention to detail is paramount in this role. Our goal is to hire top talent to increase sales and brand awareness for our brands. Our Recruiting Coordinator is expected to be extremely organized, results-driven, and able to collaborate in a fast-paced and changing environment. It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty industry. The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Talent Manager. This position requires the candidate to be located within the Central Time Zone (CST). Job Duties: * Schedule and conduct interviews across multiple time zones. * Identify top talent in designated markets. * Source qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, referrals, search engines, digital beauty groups, and other creative recruiting techniques. * Act as an employment ambassador, communicating and showcasing the Beauty Barrage culture and values. * Collaborate with multiple internal teams and participate in team meetings * Manage job postings on multiple career pages/platforms. * Deliver the best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and efficient process. * Set candidate expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, and negotiate and close on offers.
