Position Hours: Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM Training Hours - Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6-7 months) Position Responsibilities * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. * Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. * Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. * Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! * Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
