Construction Laborer Pay Range: $28 - $40/hour (based on experience) Location: San Francisco Bay Area About the Job: * Support the Customer Service team by handling a wide range of tasks on multiple sites around the SF Bay Area. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Collaborate with a team to meet project goals and deadlines. * Work independently to complete assigned tasks with excellence. Requirements: * Strong attention to safety and detail. * Great communication and customer service skills. * Ability to operate light construction equipment confidently. * Comfort working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. * Flexibility to work extended hours when needed. * Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. * CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred). * OSHA 10 Certification (preferred).
