“Personal information” generally means any information about an individual from which that person may be identified. It does not include data from which the identity of an individual has been definitively removed along with any identifiers connected to such individual.

Registration
You may register for our Services on our Site, in which case we will collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Password
You can also sign into the Site using LinkedIn or Google. When you do so, Jobtrees collects the primary email address and name associated with your LinkedIn or Google account. Your use of LinkedIn or Google and any data that it collects from you is subject to LinkedIn’s own privacy notices.
Account Information
Once you have registered, you have the option of providing more information about yourself, including:
- Information about your work experience, including role(s) and company name(s), as well as relevant dates of employment
- Information about your education and/or other certifications
- A profile photo
Note that you may also choose to import a pdf version of your LinkedIn profile or your resume
Other Information
We also collect information when you communicate with us directly, such as when you send us an email or contact us through the Site.
Information from External Third Parties
We collect publicly available information from the Internet, such as information from employment-related public profiles on social media networks. When we collect such information, we will process and secure it as set forth in this Privacy Notice.
Automatically Collected Information
If you are visiting the Site, we use automated technologies such as cookies to automatically collect information about the computer or devices you use to access the Site and how you interact with the Site. Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 16, and Jobtrees does not target the Site or the Services to minors. Jobtrees does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not provide us with any personal information.

These insights do not identify individual users.

We do not sell your personal information within the scope of, and according to the defined meaning of, a “sale” under NRS 603A.
