JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: About the Position: We are seeking several motivated and knowledgeable graduate students at the PhD or Master's level to assist in the enhancement and creation of content for a BS/MBA Seminar course. The course will be held in Spring 2025 and covers key concepts in supply chain management, project management, finance, marketing, intellectual property, and entrepreneurship. This position is ideal for those interested in applying their graduate-level expertise of these topics to improve educational materials and contribute to the academic growth of undergraduate students. This is a valuable opportunity to gain experience in curriculum development and enhance your expertise in your field. Qualifications: We are looking for graduate student candidates at the PhD or Master's level with expertise in at least one of the following areas: * Supply Chain Management * Project Management * Finance * Marketing Responsibilities: Applicants will be expected to: * Review and Improve Course Materials: Evaluate existing course content in their area of expertise and propose improvements. This includes updating PowerPoint presentations and identifying additional materials for self-study, such as Harvard Business Publishing cases, online resources (e.g., MOOCs, YouTube, Smeal tutorials), journal articles (e.g., HBR, McKinsey, Deloitte), and other resources from the Penn State Library. * Update Canvas Quizzes: Review and update the Canvas quizzes to reflect the updated course materials, ensuring that the proper concepts are being tested. * Enhance Student Presentations: Devise effective ways for students to present business concepts in class to further their learning and engagement and the learning of their classmates.
