This intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to Human Resources world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company. Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM) Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including: Onboarding Program Development & Standardization for Hourly/ Shop Floor Employees New Hire Employee Experience Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies This job might be for you if you are: Actively pursuing a degree in related area Comfortable with Organizational Agility Interested in Manufacturing Supply Chain Self Driven/Results Oriented Well-versed in project management Able to operate in a fast-paced environment We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
