The Organizational Development Manager will play a meaningful role in helping grow Athene's employee learning initiatives, which elevate the day-to-day learning and development (L&D) activities and programs aligned to our business and employee engagement priorities. This role will be part of small team that focuses on identifying, crafting and deploying opportunities that emphasize experiential, social and formal learning to support employees' career aspirations and build a culture where employees feel engaged, included and encouraged to be their authentic self. Accountabilities: * Collaborates with key partners and vendors to monitor and enhance the learning initiatives. * Administers and coordinates strategic programs, including Athene's peer-to-peer mentoring program and leadership development initiatives. * Facilitates and supports the creation, communication and implementation of organizational development-related initiatives across the company. * Leverages existing tools and off-the-shelf content library (LinkedIn Learning) to design and deliver competency-based learning, resources, eLearning courses, workshops, and other learning sessions that align to Athene's employee learning philosophy. * Monitors data and generates reports to analyze trends and patterns in OD and learning programs to make data-driven decisions. Qualifications and Experience: Required skills/experience: * 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Learning & Development. * Strong research, written and verbal communication, project management and interpersonal skills. * Proven knowledge of instructional design principles. * Confident and effective presentation skills to all levels in the organization, both in-person and virtually. * Ability to analyze and assess data to tell the OD story and drive decisions. * Experience infusing DEI into learning programs. * Familiarity with eLearning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) fundamentals * Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions. Preferred, but not required skills/experience: * Experience in financial or insurance services. * Experience in corporate communications and/or human resources. * Articulate 360 suite (Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360). * Adobe Creative Suite. * Graphic design experience. * Audio/Video production. * Experience with the Workday Learning LMS. * Microsoft Copilot (or other AI systems). * Experience with LinkedIn Learning.
