Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations. Must have technical skills/experience: * MS OFFICE * Dynatrace * Monitory tools: SNOW, Dynatrace, * Monitory tools Intuerity; SNOW Nice to have Big Panda - Knowledge The team can train on tool, if needed Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. * 3-5 years experience required.
