Training and Development Coordinator, Electrical & Automation The Wärtsilä Energy Business - North Region team has a vacancy for a Training and Development Coordinator, Electrical & Automation. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing a structure and framework for training of the Electrical & Automation team in order to be properly equipped to meet demands of our customers, specific to Wartsila's North Region, Energy Business in accordance with the strategy, action plan and business needs. Duties and Responsibilities: * Working together with the WLSA to develop and deliver the training programs for the FS E&A Engineers. * Review and assess the tooling and equipment needs to ensure efficiency and compliance. * Support FS line managers in the career development of their engineers and enabling good knowledge transfer within the team. * Provide remote support to engineers when on services. * Provide project management support on E&A upgrades including UNIC, sWOIS, AVR and PLC. * Manage and maintain internal and external relationships, focused on achieving company targets. * Facilitate good collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the delivery chain (Sales, Lifecycle Support, Agreements, Technical Service).
