Job Title: Visiting Scholar Department: FAES | Food Science and Technology The candidate will conduct research and publish in the areas of food processing and structure formation associated with their final properties; will utilize various analytical tools. The candidate will collaborate with project PI and collaborators on the preparation of grant proposals to funding agencies, industry, and foundations related to food material research. The candidate will work closely with OSU and external colleagues to advance research in physico-chemistry aspects related to the quality of foods and their role in food processing. The candidate will collaborate with students in the PI's lab and collaborators within OSU, as well as collaborators at other universities. The candidate need at least 5 years of experience in the area of Food research.
