Job Description and Duties This is a permanent position in the city of Sacramento. Are you passionate about empowering employees to reach their full potential? Responsibilities: * Training Program Design: Create innovative and comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and meet the specific needs of various sections within the department. * E-Learning Development: Leverage technology to design and deliver e-learning modules that enhance accessibility and reach remote employees. * Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture and values. * Learning Assessment: Implement effective evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements. * Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with department leaders to identify skills gaps and emerging training needs to maintain a dynamic and relevant training curriculum. This position is eligible for hybrid telework under Government Code 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California.
