About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Manager to support our Payment Operations team who will drive the division's most strategic technology initiatives across SWIFT and its 50+ interfacing applications supporting Enterprise Wire Services, Global Receivables & Trade Services, Corporate Treasury Services (WF branch funding, M&A, etc.), Foreign Exchange and Securities, Capital Markets, Asset Management and Trust Services (WIM), including responsibility of requirements, implementations and testing on regulatory changes. The role will provide leadership and support on major SWIFT and Payment product transformative efforts, providing clarity on critical goals and objectives, having a "big picture" mindset, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of SWIFT eco-systems and its supporting products, and finding innovative ways to achieve results. In this role, you will: * Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function * Identify and recommend opportunities for product management * Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies * Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives * Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation (consult) * Recommend product enhancements * Interpret and develop product enhancements, recommending product design and development * Collaborate and consult with technology partners, product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers * Interact directly with vendors * Manage allocation of people and financial resources * Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: * 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * 2+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications: * Knowledge and understanding of SWIFT * 10+ years of experience in financial services industry with leadership experience in Product and/or Operations * 5+ years' experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a heavily matrixed environment including management of senior-level individual contributors and subject matter experts * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management * Experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc. * Ability to build strong relationships with technology and business executives while working in a highly visible, fast paced environment * Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance and/or risk management * Ability to prioritize and think critically with tight deadlines * Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business * Ability to initiate action and drive/managing change * Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Job Expectations: * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Posted Location: * 1525 W W.T.
