We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications professional to lead our internal and external communications strategies across EMEA. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and promoting our brand to external audiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing both internal and external communications including managing external agencies. Important collaboration with global communications team to support and amplify corporate announcements and thought leadership initiatives. The role can be based in one of our entity countries in EMEA, but preferably in Prague. Responsibilities Employee Communications: * Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values * Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, emails * Collaborate with EMEA leadership to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent communication * Coordinate internal events, such as town halls; support EMEA leadership team External Communications: * Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation, curating narratives unique and relevant to the EMEA region * Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage * Manage PR agencies across Europe. In the first instance will require an assessment and potential upgrading of our agency support network * Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure the company's social media presence is consistent and engaging across all platforms * Work with global communications to build robust metrics to measure impact and extract actionable insights General Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a consistent corporate voice and messaging across all communication channels * Manage the communications budget and allocate resources effectively. * Train and support company spokespeople for media interactions and public appearances We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreUR We are looking for a candidate with minimum of 8 years of experience in both internal and external communications.
