Position Details Merakey is seeking a dynamic Program Director to oversee employment decisions including hiring, firing, and promotions in collaboration with HR. The director will ensure accurate documentation to meet state regulations, payer requirements, and Merakey standards, Manage program budget and ensure proper incident reporting and crisis management, and uphold compliance with Merakey policies, develop procedures as needed, and monitor clinical services. Our director will drive program growth and improvement through collaboration with staff, consumers, and external agencies and provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and oversee training and evaluations. This role's location will be our Long Term Structure Rehabilitation facility (LTSR) in Beaver Falls, PA, housing adult clients with mental health diagnoses. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's degree or higher in a generally recognized clinical discipline required. * The Program Director must be registered, licensed, or certified to practice if applicable. * Two years of psychiatric mental health - paid or unpaid - experience required * Five years of psychiatric mental health experience preferred. * Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system required. * Valid Driver's License required as well as all Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations required.
