Programming Director| Southeast Christian Church The Programming Director will work alongside the Creative Arts team, Worship, Preaching, Campus Development Team, and Campus Pastors to create meaningful gatherings for our church. They will manage and produce Blankenbaker weekend services, all-staff meetings and other events. What you'll be doing: * Lead and manage Blankenbaker campus weekend programming including content and campus specific needs. * Work with Worship for setlist planning. * Work with Preaching for series development and creative support and execution. * Resource announcement copy, script copy, communion direction and service element development. * Work with Creative Arts teams to create engaging and honest worship services. * Manage project budgets, timelines and workflow. * Serve in needed positions for the broadcast. * Help to maintain good working relationships. Our Requirements: * Experience in fast-paced, live events involving teams and creative content. * In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. * Detailed comprehension of cameras, film editing and design tools. * Thorough understanding of content creation, development, workflow. * Understanding of production equipment such as LED video and lighting. * Experience with well-known guests and talent. * Experience leading a team from influence, not authority. * Ability to execute and deliver content within tight deadlines. * A good understanding of how content works with and supports worship music. * Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one) who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways.
