The Americas Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of RSA Security's sales development efforts across the Americas region (US, Canada, Latin America). This role involves leading a team of sales development representatives (SDRs), developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the Americas overachieving on revenue targets Principal Responsibilities: * Leadership & Management: * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous feedback. * Develop and implement sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth. * Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. * Strategic Planning: * Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute sales development strategies aligned with company goals. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RSA Security's products and services. * Leverage RSA's tech stack to maximize team's productivity and meeting & pipeline output. * Performance Management: * Set clear performance metrics and goals for the SDR team. * Monitor and report on team performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. * Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing. * Collaboration & Communication: * Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead generation and conversion. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on sales development activities and results. * Represent RSA Security at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. Essential Requirements: * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * High emotional intelligence/quotient * Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales development tools. * Strong teamwork skills and an eagerness to collaborate with peers and cross-functional groups to drive RSA's success. Education & Experience: * 3-5 years of relevant experience; prior leadership experience preferred but not required. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; open to all majors. * Proven experience in sales development or sales leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
