Watch this video to learn more about Pureflow! Business Unit Manager Pureflow works with our customers and service team to plan and coordinate service activities. The position involves managing customer contracts, organizing service schedules, managing customer billing, and maintaining excellent relationships with our high-purity water clients and customers. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively manage our customer relationships and to coordinate with other Pureflow teams such as procurement, accounting, engineering, and installation teams. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and execute the account management of focused market * Customer communication * Service schedule * Agreement renewals * Quotes (i.e. Service Projects, Parts, Non-Parts) * System audits to accurately update data system * Work Order management * Serve as a liaison between assigned customers, service technicians, support specialist and internal PFI departments. * Develop an understanding of the systems by visiting customer sites. * Develop costing and issue proposals for projects and one-time services * Coordinate support to connect the customers with the resources Pureflow has to offer them, as needed (i.e. service, engineering, etc.) * Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ongoing project and service opportunities at assigned accounts, ensuring improvements always bring benefit to the customer * Adheres to general standards to promote a cooperative supported working environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building. * Become intimately aware of the needs and requirements of key customers and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction at all times * Communicate daily with technicians to understand issues found in the field and follow up as necessary. * Set up and maintain customer contracts and service projects. * Track and generate profitability reports including cost analysis of services and projects Job Requirements: * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills * Strong mathematical skills to prepare profitability reports, cost analysis and prepare billings * Solid customer-service orientation; serves internal and external customers with excellence * Excels in a fast paced environment; remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient * High school diploma or GED Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions.
