The Residential Advisor provides on-site program coverage and partners with residents in their daily activities according to their individual needs and goals. * Partner with residents to teach independent living skills such as cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, money management, and personal hygiene. * Supervise resident medication process. * Provide resident transportation as needed with agency vehicles. * Respond to urgent resident issues/emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. * Promotes a positive and supportive environment.
