Penn Villa is an integrated community providing housing support for adults with major mental illnesses and adults with co-occurring mental illnesses and substance abuse disorders. Within a caring community of current tenants, alumni, and committed staff, independence, personal growth, and holistic recovery are facilitated. The Residential Advisor provides on-site program coverage and partners with residents in their daily activities according to their individual needs and goals. * Partner with residents to teach independent living skills such as cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, money management, and personal hygiene. * Supervise resident medication process. * Provide resident transportation as needed with agency vehicles. * Respond to urgent resident issues/emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. * Promotes a positive and supportive environment. Education: High School Diploma/GED required Training & Experience: Any equivalent combination of client care experience, education and training Other: Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record in accordance with St. Luke's policy Hours: Full-Time Please complete your application using your full legal name and current home address.
