In this role, you will set up molds along with starting and troubleshooting the molding process.  You must be fully capable to work on any molds and all auxiliary equipment. How You Will Make an Impact: * Work with supervisor to assess repairs and setup tool room equipment to perform specific tasks * Work as a team member to build new molds * Accurately measure mold components using gauges, jo blocks, comparator, micrometers and other measuring devices to determine fit and machining required to accomplish repairs * Operate mills, lathes, grinders, EDM equipment both conventional and CNC * Advise supervisor of practical means to accomplish repairs based on assessment of the work required * Disassemble tooling and reassemble as required to fit critical components * Accomplish assigned work in a timely and efficient manner * Work within molding and mold prep departments to help repair and assemble tooling * Maintain tools and advise supervisor of repairs status and the need for purchased accessories and tooling components * Build fixtures, and other devices to support production as required What We Offer: Starting day 1, your benefits include: * Medical / Dental / Vision * Paid Time Off (including annual company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's) * Annual bonus based on personal & company performance * 401k (with match AND additional 3% annual company contribution) * Health Savings Accounts (with employer contribution) * Tuition reimbursement * Company paid Life Insurance * Wellbeing programs to help you live a healthy happy lifestyle Shifts Available: 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (Shift premium available) Qualifications to be successful: * High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred * 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory/lead role * Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing or ISO Certified company preferred * Knowledge of Injection Molding, automated assembly equipment and manual product assembly * Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. * Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to proactively problem solve and follow up in a timely manner. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Some mechanical capability & basic computer skills required * Detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion to deliver excellence is essential * Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn * Bilingual in Spanish a plus * Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to this position and safety required Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Manufacturing environment.
