Piper Companies is searching for an experienced Clinical Financial Strategy Consultant to join a leading medical device company to assist in streamlining the financial analysis, budget development and financial forecasting processes for clinical trial studies and projects. This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Responsibilities of the Clinical Financial Strategy Consultant: * Assist with the creation, administration and overall management of study budget activities * Streamline and create budget development SOPs for medical device studies * Develop and maintain a library of costs for budget development * Create a system to consistently report trial budget variances on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis * Own internal initial study budget approval process Qualifications of the Clinical Financial Strategy Consultant: * Previous experience with clinical trial budget and SOP creation * In-depth understanding of cost variance and financial risk management in clinical trials * Significant experience with clinical trial budget creation * Expertise in financial planning or accounting within clinical research and clinical trials * Project management experience a plus Compensation of the Clinical Financial Strategy Consultant: * Salary: $55/hr - $64/hr dependent on overall experience * Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and more Keywords: financial strategist, finance, finance strategy, clinical trials, clinical research, study budget, budget development, budget creation, medical device, forecast, financial analysis, financial planning, remote, SOP creation, SOP implementation, cost variance, financial risk management, risk mitigation #LI-PB2 #LI-REMOTE #Pando
