Job Title: Technical Services Manager Job Description We are looking for a Technical Services Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and a Maintenance Manager with 14-16 direct reports primarily consisting of maintenance technicians and mechanics. The role will involve managing capital engineering projects, resolving immediate issues on the factory floor, and consistently meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as part of driving key initiatives throughout the facility. This includes areas such as fixed asset management, plant layout & flow manufacturing, line constraint optimization, FDA/GMP/AIB/SQF compliance, safety, and automation. The right candidate will ensure that plant systems and equipment are always in excellent working condition. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Work Environment The successful candidate will be working in a standard manufacturing plant with moderate to loud noise from time to time. The working hours are typically 7am-4pm, but could extend depending on business needs. This role requires a balance between independent work (20%) and teamwork (80%).
