Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Accountant/ Tax Specialist with some administrative roles specific to accounting and small business.
* Tax preparation for businesses
* Comfortable dealing with the IRS or already licensed
* Bookkeeping experience (Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online)
* Follow up calls to clients/ scheduling
Qualifications
* Bachelor's accounting, finance or related fields
* At least 1 year of experience with accounting firms.
* CPA or EA certified
* Proactive
* Outgoing
* Good working under pressure
* Used to fast paced environments
