You will lead a team of field and cost engineers, managing all construction-related information flow between the construction manager and the team. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your mentorship skills and develop the talents of your team members. District Overview Kiewit's Southeast District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets. Projects you could be working on could include building bridges, airports, mass transit systems, canals, dams, pump stations or tunnels. Although most of our work is regionally based in the southeast region of the United States, we also pursue various projects stretching across the east coast. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to the construction industry instead of design. Location Located in Pineland, SC Responsibilities * Lead project scheduling and coordination * Manage project revenue, costs, and cash flow * Oversee temporary engineering tasks * Ensure quality control of permanent design * Conduct project closeout activities * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Assist in Operations planning * Administer contracts and subcontracts Qualifications * Willingness to travel and relocate as required * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or engineering roles * Demonstrated experience in managing engineering teams * Ability to interpret and analyze engineering plans and contract documents * Highly motivated with a commitment to excellence * Strong work ethic and initiative * Adherence to ethical standards * Passion for safety * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively and independently * Strong organizational and time management abilities #LI-LM3 Other Requirements: * Regular, reliable attendance * Work productively and meet deadlines timely * Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. * Perform work safely and effectively.
