Responsibilities & Qualifications Position Overview Novelis Oswego has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Operations Leader! This position will be responsible for providing production support and being an active leader to the process centers in a manufacturing unit at an aluminum plant. This position works closely with various line and staff personnel at all levels of the organization. It provides guidance for continuous improvement projects, trouble shooting of various manufacturing operations, maintenance diagnostic work, developing standard operating procedures, employee training and assessment, quality issue resolution, and employee engagement. Individual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this position includes participation in a short-term incentive plan (Annual Incentive Plan - AIP or Plant Performance incentive - PPI).
