About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking two Technology Business Services Associate Managers to lead a team of testing and support employees in Personal Lending and Retail Services (which is a part of the Consumer Lending area). In this role, you will: * Lead a systems Quality Assurance team supporting business and technology groups. * Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations. * Leverage interpretation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met for supported areas. * Collaborate and consult with technology industry leaders, analysts, and regulators. * Make day-to-day supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives under direction of Technology Business Services * Partner with engineering team, business consultants, and systems architects to lead a team focused on test execution. * Partner with experienced engineers to assist in test strategy development and execution. * Provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers. * Manage, Coach, and Develop a team within the department. * Work with other departments or areas on specific approaches to software testing and development. * Collaborate and consult with technology industry leaders, analysts, and regulators. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in less complex functions and develop focused action plans to meet organizational goals. * Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent. Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * 1+ years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: * 2 + years of experience with automation and testing tools * Experience with ALM * 1 + year of Agile experience * 2 + years of risk management experience * 1 + years of advance Microsoft office experience * 2 + years of experience with automation * Demonstrated ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Expert knowledge and understanding of various types and levels of testing (e.g., unit, integration, and system testing) * Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and support effective testing strategies in a highly matrix environment. * Strategic testing experience with ability to conduct root cause analysis, create problem statements, and implement go forward approaches using creative problem solving in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. * Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis around testing. * Strong sense of ownership and decision-making skills; routinely goes above and beyond. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Operates independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manages work requests to meet performance expectations. * Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner. * Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner. * Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment. * Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations. * Proven experience building partnerships, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders. * Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities. * Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendation.
