Team Overview The Marketing Services team supports multiple business units at GAF and a number of affiliated businesses, supporting multiple brands and product categories through innovative marketing solutions including branding, marketing campaign development, and tactical execution. Summary The Sr Photo Retoucher/3D Artist will report directly to the Director of Creative Services. This candidate will be responsible for the retouching/quality of photo assets for various marketing output for GAF, Siplast, and subsidiaries (product launches, campaigns, print media, gaf.com, videos, etc). This can include the modification of existing photos or the creation of composited, high-quality photos, based on combining other individual images. This requires expert ability to realistically composite roofing and exterior home products into pre-photographed houses, creating realistic shadows, textures, and a keen eye for color. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized and efficient file management practices to ensure project assets are easily accessible and reusable. The Sr Photo Retoucher/3D Artist must be willing to learn to create high-quality 3D packaging models using industry-standard software and techniques (Esko, Dimensions, Substance 3D), and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in 3D modeling. This candidate must develop strong partnerships in order to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time. The Sr Photo Retoucher/3D Artist also provides support to the Creative Team, such as the printing and mounting of photography or signage for comps, presentations, and other events.
