You will be working with Aftermarket Program Managers, Business Development folks and other aftermarket functions in creating solutions and solving real life business challenges in support of the warfighter! What You Will Do: * Working with Electric Power Systems (EPS) aftermarket business development, program managers and analytics team to collect, analyze, and summarize external and internal aftermarket data in support of various business growth objectives. * The candidate will be a key member of a team building up analytical and reporting capabilities, focusing on market and industry trends and how they impact EPS aftermarket. * Demonstrated ability in market research, problem solving, and data analysis. * Lead process improvement opportunities within the EPS Aftermarket. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
