Required Skills: Requires formal project management training and experience with building design and construction, working cross-functionally with design and architecture & engineering firms; trouble shooting and establishing corrective actions for design and implementation of mechanical engineering design projects; review as-built mechanical documentation and verify accuracy; electrical power distribution and life safety systems; mechanical engineering design industry standards, building codes, and safety standards; and construction process, schedule and cost estimating process.
