THE JOB: As a Parking Ambassador at Bellagio you will set the stage for the guest's experience with your welcoming smile and customer service. You will anticipate guest needs and model fast and efficient service, playing a vital role in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING PAY RATE: 14.65 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: * Welcome guests warmly at the designated parking entrance, delivering courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking assistance * Manage vehicle movement efficiently in a dynamic environment, adhering to protocols to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent congestion and delays * Represent the property as an ambassador, possessing comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, features, and local attractions to provide accurate responses to guest inquiries * Resolve guest concerns within established guidelines; escalate complex issues to Leadership as necessary * Promptly report any suspected thefts or missing items to Leadership and/or Hotel Security for thorough investigation * Perform other job-related duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED: * High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent * Six (6) months of related or similar guest service experience THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * One (1) year of previous guest services experience in a similar resort setting * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders * Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift THE PERKS & BENEFITS: * Free meals in our Bellagio employee dining room * Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties * Health, Dental and Vision insurance packages available * Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups * Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally * Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
