Job Description Returning UsersLog Back InUnit Description Sodexo is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager 3 for Northwestern State University located in Natchitoches, LA. Our Retail Manager 3 will oversee the campus's Chick-Fil-A with additional venues on the horizon and will supervise 30-40 team members. Candidates who can demonstrate working knowledge of Chick-Fil-A and/or Sodexo systems such as Kronos and Drive, and are proficient in computer skills, online ordering platforms, scheduling, and report management tools are a plus!! However, Chick-Fil-A experience is NOT mandatory. The successful candidate will: * Passionately adhere to Chick-Fil-A's and other brands' high standards of excellence * have oversight of day-to-day operations in compliance with Chick-Fil-A high standards * deliver high quality food service * achieve company and client financial targets and goals * develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships * create a positive work environment while ensuring Sodexo standards are met. * have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively * can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service * prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed * lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and * train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards. We are looking for candidates who have: * a history of strong leadership and excellent communication skills; * Possess amazing people skills when interacting with guests and team members * prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers * proven client relationship and customer service skills. * High-volume retail food operations management experience. * Experience training and leading supervisors and hourly staff. * Experience driving sales, controlling costs, ordering and inventory, and scheduling to business needs and labor targets. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
