Job Title: Project Leader - Architectural Design Job Description As a Project Leader, you will spearhead multiple design teams, guiding projects from inception to completion while emphasizing creativity, collaboration, and sustainability. You will manage diverse teams, mentor staff, and work closely with clients to deliver functional and visually appealing designs within budget, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading design teams through all project phases, maintaining a focus on innovative and sustainable building designs, mentoring design staff, and developing designs through various visual formats. You will participate in client interactions throughout the business development, design, and construction phases, ensuring that design intent is maintained through documentation and construction. You will also represent the firm at public meetings and jurisdictional hearings. Hard Skills * Accredited degree in Architecture * 5+ years of architectural experience * Strong design portfolio * Proficiency in 3D software such as Sketchup and BIM technologies * Licensure preferred Soft Skills * Keen eye for design * Ability to lead and inspire creative and critical thought * Capability to mentor and build confidence within teams * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to manage complex projects and maintain client relationships Job Type This is a permanent position.
