S3 Inc. has an immediate need for a Human Resources Analyst to head up corporate-wide human resources and who will work at our corporate HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL. Description: The Human Resources Analyst position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions within the boundaries of established policies and procedures for an ISO/AS9100 quality led operation for human resource driven contracts. The position requires a professional that successfully communicates with a variety of people with HR skills supporting federal contract requirements with defined labor categories, education, and skills mapped to corporate job titles. The position requires the ability to collaborate with contract stakeholders as well as supporting federal audits by OFCCP, DOL, EEOC, DCMA, and DCAA. With multiple subsidiaries with unique contract charters, the HR Analyst must be adaptable and flexible, always learning, resourceful, and managing with a pro-active attitude. Responsibilities: * Conducts tasks that support administration of HR programs in functions such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, unemployment insurance, both CONUS and OCONUS. * Provides change management in support of the company's significant growth activities. * Analyzes wage and salary data to determine the company's compensation framework and maintenance of job titles. * Partners closely with vendors to administer cost-effective employee benefit plans. * Operates in an ISO/AS9100 QMS work environment. * Implements HR policies and practices coupled with effective employee communication processes. * Conducts studies to determine feasibility, cost benefits, and potential HR program applications. * Provides reporting of records to OFCCP, DOL, EEOC, and other agencies required by law or local governing bodies. * Coordinates training programs, analyzes and recommends benefit changes, prepares and administers EEO-1 and Affirmative Action Programs and tasks of similar complexity. * Provides strong labor relations expertise with Service Contract Act and Collective Bargaining Agreement employees. * Uses the HR module of Costpoint for data entry and report generation. * Participates as a member of the Corporate Business Operations round table for risk reduction, policy improvements, and strategy. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related corporate HR field or equivalent experience. * SPHR or SHRM certification is desired. * A minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience in business operations with a DoD technical services contractor. * Experience providing reporting of records to support audits by OFCCP, DOL, EEOC, and other agencies required by law or local governing body. * Experience contributing to the Benefits management function.
