Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARY This position will involve coordinating all design efforts for various projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma/GED and 1 year of drafting courses. one to two years technical training preferred. Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Prior VDC team leadership preferred. * Prior Management experience preferred. * General knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Requires a positive attitude and the ability to orally communicate with internal and external customers. * Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills. * One to two years technical training preferred. * Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools. * Position's responsibilities can be learned through on-the-job training. * Valid driver's license required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with other division VDC Division leads to develop and implement the standards to the ESI VDC teams. * Schedule, ensure that the teams are following the schedule and are in full alignment with the project's schedules. * Quality, ensure that the teams are implementing to the highest standards of quality. * Scope, ensure that the teams are following the projects scope. * Constantly seeking opportunities to innovate our process and improve our efficiencies. * Support BIM staff in tech specific questions * Lead and run the BIM process on projects.
