While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: * Performing all repairs, maintenance, and part replacements, adhering to the preventive maintenance schedule (i.e. HVAC Filters, Light Bulbs, etc...) * Continually assessing the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and downtime, ease of operation, and efficiency are being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations What we can't train is what's inside of you.
