An experienced Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfillment Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Planning business for the Blue Yonder platform. The Work... A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: * Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility - Demand planning, Demand 360, Fulfillment, and order optimization. Exposure to LDE or implementation experience with LDE is a plus. * Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration. * Should be able to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources. Should be able to drive business requirement workshop and solution design related to BY demand and fulfillment module * Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. * Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. * Has some latitude in decision-making. * Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. * Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. * Drive team to Perform solution configuration, end to end testing during System Integration Testing * Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices. * Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications. * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. * Should have strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * May be willing to travel for projects to the client site as per the needs * Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Qualification Here's what you need: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Tools as Solution Architect; and at least one BY Demand, Demand 360, BY Fulfillment/Order Optimization implementation in retail or consumer goods industry * Minimum of 3 years of experience Managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience Nice to have: * Experience in BY LDE and BY flowcasting solution. * Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration approaches and integration with peripheral solution such as ESP. * Experience in functional integration to major ERP and planning solution Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
