We are currently hiring a Nursing Aide/CNA to join our dedicated and compassionate team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to seniors in the Honolulu, Hawaii area, playing a crucial part in assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and oral care * Help clients with mobility and transferring to and from beds or chairs * Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse * Administer medications as prescribed by the client's physician * Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary requirements * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients * Report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals * Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients Requirements: * Valid Nursing Aide/CNA certification in the state of Hawaii * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail * Ability to work independently and follow instructions * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays * Must have reliable transportation to commute to client locations Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary ranging from $18 to $25 per hour * Weekly payment * Health insurance coverage * Paid time off * Retirement savings plan * Training and professional development opportunities About the Company: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is a reputable company that specializes in providing quality care to seniors.
