How you'll make an impact: As a Social Content Producer, you will be one of our master storytellers, bringing The Howard Stern Show to life for new and existing audiences through innovative content techniques and approaches that are designed to engage our followers. As an integral part of our Digital Strategy & Media team, you will be responsible for developing unique and compelling digital content for our social media platforms. This role will allow you to showcase your creativity and passion for comedy, entertainment, and digital marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. What you'll do: Content Curation - Strong ability to identify, curate, edit and format short form content for The Howard Stern Show and Channels, consisting of content from live shows and our full archives. Content Creation - In collaboration with many departments you will work to develop, direct, shoot, and edit exclusive social content tailored to our target audience across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X. Copywriting - Craft captivating and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns that align with brand voice. Fact-check text, captions and ensure all photo, video meet the content, quality, and legal standards. Trend Monitoring - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement. Test, measure, and improve the effectiveness of social content, recommending creative iterations to optimize performance and help achieve business goals. Campaign Management - In collaboration with our Social Media Manager, assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media publishing cadence to achieve set KPIs - such as video views, engagement, reach and follower growth. What you'll need: * 3+ years proven work experience as a digital content creator. Proficient in production and video editing. * Bachelors or related degree in video editing, production, writing or related field. * Online portfolio of work must be submitted along with application to be considered. * Proficient in Premiere and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * You will be a versatile and dynamic creator, proficient across multiple disciplines and facets, embodying a proactive, hands-on approach. * Able to demonstrate robust influencing abilities, motivating leaders, teams and show cast to produce culturally impactful content. * A conceptual mindset and ability to translate creative concepts into meticulously crafted output. * Present and advocate for creative concepts to a diverse, cross-functional audience and senior stakeholders. * Adaptable with the ability to navigate ambiguity within a fast-paced setting, making prompt, quality-driven decisions aligned with evolving project requirements and creative objectives * A self-starter who is detail and process oriented. * Inherently inquisitive, with a passion for exploring innovative creative formats - always pushing for new, for different, for better. * Ability to flourish within a collaborative environment, while also possessing the independence to manage tasks autonomously, exhibiting strong project management skills. * Strong time management and prioritization skills are a must. * Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $53,000 to $85,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
