What we can offer you: Culture for Growth | Top Notch Employee Health & Well Being Benefits | Every Voice Matters | Global Reach LG seeks a driven Corporate Acquisition Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth through strategic account acquisition in a designated territory. Reporting to the Director of Corporate and Public Sector Sales, this role focuses on cultivating new corporate accounts. Responsibilities include planning, research, relationship building with C-suite executives, and leveraging internal resources for successful deals. Ideal candidates exhibit complex sales skills, teamwork, project management, and a consultative approach. This role collaborates extensively across LG teams and partners, aiming for sustainable business growth in the global corporate market. The position demands an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, superb time management, and readiness for 50% travel to optimize customer engagement. The opportunity: * Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to acquire new corporate accounts aligned with organizational growth objectives.• Identify and engage high-value prospective clients by establishing LG's presence within their businesses.• Initiate executive-level relationships and offer consultative solutions to potential customers.• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the corporate account sector.• Analyze competitor strategies to ensure LG's competitive advantage.• Manage relationships, present product solutions, and oversee marketing activities in the territory.• Maintain Salesforce database, manage pipelines, and ensure forecast accuracy.• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts and brand exposure. To be successful you will need: * BA/BS or equivalent experience.• 2-5 years of IT and AV sales experience, including consultative selling to end-users.• Proven track record in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.• Experience meeting sales targets and knowledge of display sales and AV system virtualization.• Proficiency in IT and AV technologies, including interactive displays, collaboration tech, and digital signage content.• Familiarity with procurement and service contracts for end-users.• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.• Business acumen and expertise in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.• Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying expertise levels. Base Pay Range: $89,000-100,600 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
