Position Description Concordia University seeks part-time Adjunct Faculty applicants for the School of Business to teach Operations Management and Analytics courses within the MBA program. Opportunities are available for the current 24/25 academic year. Adjuncts MUST be available to teach on-campus evening courses. Courses run in an 8-week format, meeting one night per week (M, T, W, or Th) from 6-9pm. Additional opportunities to teach online or zoom courses may be available, but only applicants with proximity to the Mequon, WI campus will be considered. Courses may include, but are not limited to: * BUS 6510 Global Productions/Operations * BUS 6500 Introduction to Lean * BUS 6520 Management Science and Analytics * BUS 6000 Strategic Innovation * BUS 7060 Introduction to Six Sigma * BUS 7050 Project Management Job Duties & Responsibilities * Teach face-to-face, with occasional opportunities for online/zoom courses * Assist in student advising and mentoring * Provide evaluation and a quality learning experience * Meet with students throughout the term and provide guidance as needed * Adjunct faculty report to the director and perform instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with the mission, policies, and procedures of the university * All other duties as assigned Physical Demands/Equipment Education & Experience * Master's degree in a related field is required * Must possess effective interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with diverse student populations in close academic and professional working environment * Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, and collaborative environment * Evidence of teaching college-level courses preferred Application Instructions To receive full consideration, all applicants are asked to complete and submit an online employment application through the Concordia University Employment page.
