Position Overview: The Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO will contribute to the company's success by providing administrative, operational, and personal support to Kendra Scott, CEO. This individual is a customer-focused partner with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities. This person will also have a shared appreciation for our 3 core values: Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy. Responsibilities: * Perform complex, high-level administrative and personal duties to support the CEO effectively * Act as the voice of the CEO through all channels of communication * Prep CEO for meetings to include agendas, attendee bios, decks, and all other pertinent insight * Cross functionally manages all personal and business calendars, coordinates travel arrangements with the highest level of accuracy, detail, and confidentiality * Foresees opportunities to pivot appropriately to support shifting initiatives and act independently to realign executive priorities * Coordinate all domestic and international company and personal travel, including building detailed itineraries for multiple parties while also preparing for pivots within the arrangements * Allocate time and resources to promote productivity and successful execution of executive and team goals and objectives * Serve as the main point of contact and liaison for the business unit by answering questions, directing requests, and exchanging information * Organize, host, and facilitate activities such as team and cross-functional meetings, conferences, department activities as well as coordinate gifting on behalf of the CEO * Plan meetings and video conferences by creating objectives and meeting agendas, predicting, and allocating time for each topic, and advising participants * Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership as well as provide peer leadership to the administrative team Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to be In-Office, in Austin, TX (this opportunity is not offered remotely) * 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant for a CEO in a high-growth company * 5+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant * Managed multiple households * Ability to pivot effectively between certainty and ambiguous situations * C-suite level project management experience * A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery and reprioritize based on an evolving business * Ability to appropriately handle sensitive knowledge and matters with the highest level of confidentiality * Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making * Ability to demonstrate confidence, composure, and professionalism in challenging, high-stress situations * Advanced problem-solving skills to support personal and business matters * A strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships and work collaboratively with personal and professional partners to the CEO * A growth mindset: the desire to learn, grow, and embrace innovative ideas * Flexibility to travel occasionally We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
