Role Summary As a Retoucher you will support the daily image editing needs within your designated retouching channel; support the Sr Retoucher by executing notes and overall retouching direction. You will also learn to develop key cross functional relationships with internal partners: art directors, producers, merchandise assistants. Role Responsibilities * Retouch product images for Anthropologies' Photo Studio including: E-comm apparel & shoes on model, home, accessories / web creatives / social media * Meet daily image goals and display flexibility when deadlines change to prevent sale losses due to products being received but not activated. * Work with Art Directors and Photographers to execute creative briefs for web platforms including social media and email campaigns. * Receive creative direction from Senior Retouchers, stylists, photographers and designers. * Solve product errors across all classes to avoid costly production and activation delays. * Work with all teams on how and when retouching should be implemented to provide more efficient workflow practices. * React quickly to requests and take action when necessary. * Maintain organization of files Role Qualifications * Must have 3+ years professional retouching experience. * Demonstrate technical expertise to produce imagery that is at the forefront of e-comm industry. * Proven ability to work efficiently and produce a high volume of quality retouched images. * Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. * Proactive, motivated, dedicated and able to take initiative. * Exceptional knowledge of photo retouching, Adobe Creative Suite and studio workflow. * Skin correction, body proportion modifications and styling adjustments. * Photo compositing, masking, silhouetting and color corrections. * Demonstrate knowledge of the Anthropologie brand and how it relates to retouching. * Expirience working in a DAM a plus!
