Job Summary Job Summary The Program Leader II is responsible for providing support to the Site Director and Program Leaders in their efforts to provide a safe, healthy, and supportive environment during the expanded learning hours at their assigned site. This assignment is for our XL (high school) program. View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree is preferred, * High School diploma or equivalent AND * 48 completed College Units OR * NCLB Paraprofessional Certification * A minimum of two years' experience working with youth is desirable. Comments and Other Information * Must be at least 18 years of age or older * Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check * Must pass pre-employment drug screening * Must receive TB clearance * If using a vehicle for travel and transportation of supplies, a valid California Driver's License and proof of adequate auto insurance coverage are required.
