Job Title: Manager, Learning & Organizational Development Position Overview: The Manager of Organizational Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving loanDepot's organizational development strategy. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that foster employee growth, engagement, and performance across all levels of the organization. Working closely with executive leadership and HR teams, the Manager of Organizational Development will champion a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational development strategy aligned with loanDepot's business objectives and growth plans. * Talent Development: Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, employee training, and career pathing initiatives. * Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive individual and team effectiveness. * Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems. * Culture Building: Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture that values diversity, equity, and belonging, fostering high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. * Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and developing action plans to address areas of improvement. * Learning & Development: Identify learning needs and design learning interventions to enhance employee skills and competencies, leveraging both internal and external resources. * Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess organizational health, measure the impact of organizational development initiatives, and make informed decisions. * Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Units, to ensure alignment and integration of organizational development efforts. * Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development, recommending innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven experience (5+ years) in organizational development, talent management, or related HR functions, preferably in a high-growth environment. * Strong understanding of organizational behavior & change management principles. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. * Passion for driving employee engagement, fostering a culture of learning and innovation, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
