Job Description: Envista Holdings Corporation Human Resources Shared Services team performs all centralized HR functions such as onboarding and offboarding, among other activities, so that we have consistency in processes across Operating Companies. Additionally, the Human Resources Shared Services Specialist will provide a central resource for the Human Resources team. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resources. Essential Functions: The essential functions of this job description are not all-inclusive of the Human Resources Shared Services Specialist (HRSS) role and may change from time to time as business needs demand and as the role evolves. Duties and Responsibilities: * HR Systems: Create, update, and maintain employee records, position details, and organizational date in Workday (HRIS); process hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. * Collaborates across OpCos and Departments to ensure a smooth onboarding / offboarding experience for employees. * Contributes to and maintains SharePoint / Envista Connect for HR facing and employee facing content and resources. * Maintains a list of FAQs for employees, updating as required. * Helps manage, organize, and complete actions in the HRSS central email inbox. * Participates in special projects as needed such as digitizing personnel files, I9 verification, and ensures the New Hire Orientation deck is current and digitized for delivery. * Manages digital files, legal holds, document requests and all other items related to digital file maintenance. * Provides information, guidance, or instruction to employees in a timely and professional manner. * Creates and Maintains Human Resources Shared Services Standard Work. * Provides insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participates in projects and Envista Business Systems to improve the overall HRSS functions. Job Requirements: Key Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources or other related field. * Workday knowledge / experience desirable. * Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate ability. * Ability to effectively communicate in English via spoken and written word. #LI-RJ1 #LI-Remote IND123 Target Market Salary Range: Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
