Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. These are just some of the benefits we offer: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with up to 4% company match * Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance * Paid vacation days and holidays * Paid parental bonding leave * Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement * Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts Responsibilities * Train and develop warehouse team members in line with company policies and procedures * Coordinate and supervise activities of warehouse team members on event days * Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices * Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports * Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment * No college degree required * Previous experience with inventory distribution * Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures * Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail * Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements * Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time Who We Are Delaware North provides concessions, suites, premium dining, and catering service at Amalie Arena going back to 1992.
